Happy 18th Birthday Katie!

Happy Birthday to Katie!
She officially turns 18 today!
Last night she and her amazing friends.
spent some time stamping and making beautiful cards together!
Katie is the oldest of four children,
the first to leave the nest soon...
off to
Cal Poly!

She is smart, beautiful, sweet,
kind and a great inspiration for her family and friends!
I really loved meeting her and seeing how creative she is!

Now... the cake was delish...
Coldstone ice cream... with cookie dough on top...
what a way
to say goodbye to childhood
and HELLO
ADULTHOOD!

Her birthday gifts were:
dorm room decor, bedding, Cal Poly gear, some cash, and loads of giftcards to SEPHORA!
The girl like her makeup...
a natural beauty,
with the gift of style!

Katie is a Cal High Grizzlie... so we made a few graduation cards!

(i forgot to take pictures of her favors... see the glimpse...
the new Ghiradelli mini's...
YUMMM!)

We stuffed altered coffee cups with coffee candies...
Hailey, is Katies younger 14 year old sister...
you know you raised a good kid when she allows her
siblings to be around!
Even her 10 & 5 year old brothers
received loads of love
and attention...
Katie's mother raised her right!

Grandma Sue, jumped in and really went with the inspiration...
she made every project her own...
I hear she make beautiful cakes...
must take some lessons from her!

So the treat bags were filled with all the supplies to make 5 projects,
a graduation trat bag with Ghiradelli chocolate,
ring pops, and a pedicure kit!
Each girl also took home a catalog..
they want to play again soon!
Oh, and they had Guiseppes for dinner!
Love that place!

Although, I provided samples
and was there for assistance,
these girls jumped in...
and started stamping right away!

All were creative
and
lets just say
the girls liked the
BLING!!!

Here are four of the girls cards...
very cute!

loving how they decorated their cups...
hope they like the coffee caramels as much as we do!

Check out some of Katies's finished products!
She and I loved the Sweetie Pie Stamp set...
the girl with the berret is sassy!
Just like Katie...
sassy, sweet, and loves her BLING!

Cindy is the girl that made all the projects her own!
Each card was a beautiful work of Art!

Here is a picture of each girl holding up one of each of the 5 projects we made!
The girls had positive attitudes,
looked forward to graduation,
talked about college,
talked about how long they have known each other,
helped each other complete and accent each project,
and reminded me that
they are smart, responsible and reliable!
I hope to be able to share more photos soon!

Happy Birthday Katie!
Thank you for letting me share your day!
Turning 18 opens many doors and brings some responsibility!
You my dear will be ok!
Your parents raised you right,
you are putting your education first,
and
you will make a difference!

Enjoy your day!

Love,
Cary
