Wildtree Wednesday 12/17

Oh my goodness...
This sauce will only last until the end of the month
then I have to wait for the next time it is released...
The perfect Piccatta Sauce was easy to use.

  • 5 Serve over your choice of pasta.
I made a huge family style dinner of Chicken Piccatta.
Ok that looks a lil sloppy...
that chicken is drunk with love!
Here is a plated version:
Let's just say I got 9 out if tens all around...
By the family...
Why not A 10?
Well, sadness was dampening the mood because of our Papa
(great grandfather).
He has been in the hospital and fighting hard as his body is giving up.
My hubby has been at his bedside as much as he can.
There is so much to admire about this man. He will be missed.
Jackie and I traveled out last Wednesday
and spent the day waiting and praying...
He made us smile,
and assured us that all the good looking nurses were taking care of him.
Sadly, by that evening he became worse
and did not flirt again with the nurses.

That man was a strong hearted man & he is fighting a good fight.
Prayers that he passes safely, and painlessly up to heaven to meet up with grandma, and with the family he adores!

So this Chicken Piccatta dish will be a favorite...
Making his Eggplant Parmesan soon.

Want to thank you for your prayers!
Love, Cary
