Wildtree Wednesday 3/11/15

Wildtree Wednesday Item of the Week:
A traditional, tasty dill dip; wonderful with crackers, chips, and vegetables. Great with salmon, on top of a baked potato, or sprinkled on cooked carrots.
Using this to make Dill Dip to take to the Old Fashioned Tupperware Party tonight!
Dill Dip Recipe:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons Wildtree Dill Dip Blend
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Method of Preparation:
Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl and stir until blended.
Add the Dill Dip Blend and lemon juice and mix well. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
And for Dinner:
Broiled Salmon With Mustard Dill Sauce
4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Wildtree Zesty Lemon grapeseed oil
  • 12 teaspoon rancher dry steak seasoning (Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub )
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dill dip (Wildtree Dill Dip Blend)


    1. Preheat broiler. Adjust rack 4 inches below broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.
    2. Rub salmon fillets entirely with Zesty Lemon Grapeseed Oil. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Season each with Rancher Steak Rub.
    3. Broil 7-10 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
    4. While salmon is cooking mix together remaining ingredients. In the last minute of cooking remove salmon from oven, spread each fillet with mustard mixture. Return to oven and finish cooking for 1 minute
