Wildtree Wednesday

Good Evening!
Tonight's menu will highlight the Wildtree Blazin' Buffalo Blend:

Looking for an easy tailgating appetizer? Don’t have time to fry up some buffalo wings? Spicy and cheesy, this blend is a delicious and quick party treat that everyone is sure to enjoy!
We are starting off with a Blazin' Chicken Dip:
1 Cup Cooked Chicken
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 diced, red onion
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Stir all ingredient's together and bake in a small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until gold and bubbly.
We then are moving onto our main course which is a Greek Meatloaf using the Wildtree Greek Vinaigrette:

Made with Kalamata olives and classic Greek herbs, this dressing rounds out a fantastic Greek salad. You can also pour the dressing over a chilled shrimp and pasta salad or mix it with turkey and pork to make a healthy Greek meatloaf!
Greek Meatloaf


1 pound ground turkey
1 pound ground pork
1 package Wildtree Just Like Mom's Meatloaf Mix
3 tablespoons Wildtree Greek Vinaigrette
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Wildtree Tzatziki Seasoning Blend
1/2 cucumber, seeded and grated
salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together the turkey, pork, Just Like Mom's Meatloaf Mix, Greek Vinaigrette, eggs, and milk. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a baking dish and bake for one hour or until the internal temperature reads 165°F.

Optional: Mix the Greek yogurt, Tzatziki Seasoning Blend, and grated cucumber in a bowl. Refrigerate for one hour and serve with meatloaf.
