Wildtree Wednesday

Super Dee Duper Excited!
My Widldtree Kit came today!
I was double duper excited because my blendabilities arrived too along with my new supplement Catty's from Stampin' Up!.
Look at the spices I get to add to my growing collection:
When you google recipes you find these 11 staples will create quite a few tasty, meals!

We had our second crockpot meal today, shredded pork fajitas... Oh we're they good and very simple to make. My son the picky eater gave them a 7 out of ten... And that is high on his scale... He wants me to make them for breakfast so I imagine ita a high 7!
It was super simple and I cannot wait to share more recipes with you!
Have a great day!

Off to devour my shredded pork fajitas...

Mojo Monday 369 10/27/14

I Witch You A Happy Halloween!
As the sun rises this early am...
I witch you all a happy Halloween,
I had to play with my leftover scraps from my Open House yesterday...
And create this Mojo Monday inspired card.

Supplies used to make this Mojo369 inspired card:
Tangerine Tango Cardstock, Basic Black Cardstock, Hello Honey Cardstock, Motley Monsters DSP, Whisper White Cardstock, White & Tangerine Tango Two-Tone Trim, Brights Candy Dots, Ticket Duo Punch, Decorative Dots Embossing Folder, Lucky Stars Embossing Folder, Squares Framelits and Stamoin' Dimensional's.

Yesterday, Krissy and Jessica drove out from Salida to work on projects.
Krissy CASE'd a stack of these...
Cards I originally CASE'd from my man Justin Kreiger!

We set up a stamping station and she made over 32 cards!

I worked on a wedding card, and a make n take for the girls to complete.

Jessica... Made cards for the very first time from her Everyday Occasions Card Kit!

Look at her first card EVER! She really caught on quickly and was a delight to play with!

I am off to clean my scrap room, I swear!
Love to you all!

Happy Homemaker Monday 10/27/14

As I look outside my window:
I can see only the lights of the cars driving through the neighborhood. 6 days until we fall forward an hour and that will then allow for me to see more at this early hour. I seem to be more tired and Monday is not letting me loose.  I want to climb back into bed.

Right now I am:
Watching the news... So sad to hear there is now another young life lost at the hands of a teenage gunman.  Prayers to all involved.

Thinking and pondering:
How blessed I am, my weekend was a full one. Friday was a family fun night, Saturday I spent a special birthday party with a lovely family, and yesterday I had a great open house, followed by a beautiful church wedding and reception. I woke this morning wanting more sleep, and thankful I have a full day to help me earn a nap a little later today!

On my bedside table:
My Bible, the Love Dare, a plant that I am nurturing back to life, and a box of Kleenex... allergies and a migraine. YUCK!

On my TV this week:
Going to try and catch up with Y& R... I said it last week and never caught a day... there is always this week!

Listening to:
Garth Brooks... shameless.. I know I am setting the mood of my week to sappy and scrappy!

On the menu for this week:
Monday - Widtree Freezer Meal - Pulled Pork Fajtas
Tuesday - Mountain Mikes it has been a while... Yummo!
Wednesday - Spaghetti & Meatballs... Yes, we love the meatballs here.
Thursday - Wildtree Freezer Meal... I will report later.
Friday - Halloween Appetizers ... And a few candy bars
Saturday - Mystery Meal in Manteca.
Sunday - Pot Roast n veggies with a special dessert!

On my to do list:
Purchase more Wildtree product... so far the following have been big hits in our house:
Smoked Mozzarella & Tomato Blend, guacamole seasoning, Very Berry Cheesecake Blend, Dill Dip Blend... and so much more... YUMMO!

Happening this week:
Monday - Kylie and Lily... taking a trip to the pumpkin patch.
Tuesday -  Kylie and I are going to Rockin' Jump!
Wednesday - Kylie and Cary are going shopping, to lunch and more!
Thursday - Past Presidents meeting at SR Marriot
Friday -  Halloween Coffee Hour, and Trick n Treating my neighborhood kids!
Saturday- Manteca to say goodbye to my old neighbors
Sunday -  Open House, Carol's Wedding

What I am creating:
Craft Fair projects to donate to club.

My simple pleasure:
A nap...

Looking around the house:
I need to transform the spooky decide to Thanksgiving... Off to look at Pinterest.

From the camera:

The Bride and Groom!
Congrats to Richard and Carol Lucey, a beautiful wedding and reception.

Prayer List:
Lifting up the families of the law enforcement officers that tragically lost their lives this past week. I cannot begin to feel their pain.
Loads of positive thoughts and prayers go out to friends battling cancer, depression and other illness.  My heart lifts up the middle east and those in other counties affected by ISIS and Russian Troops. I pray for my family to be honest, hardworking and stealth hands of the Lord.  I pray that I can make a few more people happy via Random Acts of Kindness! Lifting up the LEO community that has lost many officers this past week... doing a thankless job.

Bible verse, Devotional:
3:1 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
Colossians 3:1-2

Megan's Halloween Birthday Bash...

This girl just turned 13!
Megan has the best parents ever, I really enjoyed watching them watch this girl celebrate her day... The true love and sincere enjoyment they had on their faces as their guests had a wonderful time in their beautiful home. Megan, is polite, positive, and a girl with a million dollar smile!

Weeks before Megan and her Mom Chris planned a Bunco Birthday Bash, Megan admitted to loving cats... So I created this card as the RSVP card:

Her friends gathered this past evening to celebrate her! On her official 13th birthday:
This is an after shot, loads of smiles, and love still to be had! Some very lucky parents out there!

The Birthday BUNCO Bash had some smitten kittens in attendance:
Some serious giggles, and blurping was going on... (Evidently, I learned last night that there is an app that makes silly sounds... It comes in handy every time you roll the dice and you do not get what you are rolling for...teenagers think of everything... It made us all laugh!
Candy everywhere, serious treat pails... These girls held it together despite all the sugar consumption... They actually were even sweeter! Just when they thought it was winding down super mom pulled out some Jamberry Nails. Some Spooktacular handshakes, waves and hellos coming to Pine Valley Middle School this week!

One of the best things I was able to witness was a dance routine the girls did to Pitbulls Fireball.... Spectacular!  Wish I had taped that! The girls were on FIRE!

Table 2:

Table1:

Table 3:

They ended the night creating this :

The best part was getting to hangout and see how special Megan and her friends are... They have some great futures ahead, each and every girl inspired me and really made me laugh! Girls will be girls!!

Thank you Megan for sharing your special day with me! Turning 13 is the beginning of your teenage years and you and your girlfriends proved to me that your beautiful spirits are going to brighten up our world!
Happy Birthday!

I Am Now A Branch on the Wildtree Family Tree!

Last night I attended a class that helped me prepare 10 freezer, fresh meat, fresh veggie, meals for my crockpot.  I am a busy mommy and I am always looking for meals that are quick and healthy. The unique part about this class was I used Wildtree products that were all natural, organic and GMO free.  I have tasted meal enhanced with these spices before but last night took me down a NEW path!
I have joined the Wildtree family and am excited to journey further through their recipes!  Thousands of healthy ways that I can feed my family, friends and myself!  We always need to take care of number one! The bottom line was when I did the math... each meal for my family of 5 comes out to less than $20 to make.  Falls within my budget, causes me to eat in more and eat out less.  I know what is in my meal and there are no hidden chemicals, preservatives or modified ingredients that may change my precious family.  I cannot lie, it is simple! Just as I have always bragged about my Stampin' Up! journey... simply the most creative and inspiring way to let people know you care with a handmade card, gift and more... Wildtree is another way to show those around me that I care!

You may ask how did I hear about Wildtree?
Little Ella Margaret's Mommy Angie...
gave me samples when I made her a belly banner
to announce the sweetest name ever!

Here is Angie...
She added all the spices to my pre-packed bags because...
Ella Margaret wanted me to pat her little bum bum!

Andrea made most of her meals veggie, they looked delish!

Looks like I did loads of work...
two hours total of prep...
place it in the freezer...
defrost and toss in your crockpot...
ten healthy meals!
Wahoo!

I carried it home in a cooler...
I feel very proud to say all meals come under $20.
I did try and buy ethically, and organic brands when possible.
Raises the price, but my family is worth it!

Take a peek at my Wildtree website!
Have questions!
Just ask!
Off to stamp... this easy meal prep makes more time for the real adventures!

Happy Homemaker Monday 10/20/2014

As I look outside my window:
All I see is the dark, I cannot sleep this morning as today Kylie's family will celebrate the life of her Nana Sharon.  I am reflecting on all the beauty life has before me and the wonderful blessings her Nana has left behind.  Kylie, the product of two amazing parents: Ross and Gina, is the happiest little girl! She is loved, and adored by all whom meet her.  Kylie, and her Nana had a special bond, and that bond will never be forgotten... God has a special angel looking from above today!  Delighted to see all the lives she has touched and thrilled that life does go on! Ah, there it is the sunrise!  The Lord, has blessed me with another day!

Right now I am:
Relaxing before the hustle and bustle of my home begins... let us see if it will be a stress free day without the rush that Monday's bring!

Altered Coffee Cups

It is almost Megan's 13th birthday and I am working on party favors for her friends.
I started with altered coffee cups...
I have made them in the past and this time I went simple:

Supplies used to alter these adorable 4oz coffee cups were:
Typeset Designer Series Paper, Very Vanilla Cardstock, Basic Black Cardstock,  Tags For You Stamp Set, Memento Black Ink, Tag Punch, and Dimensional's.

Not the best photo ... but the cups are so cute!

I have one more favor to make so tune in tomorrow!
Off to craft,

Mojo Monday 367 Sweet Baby Girl

I always want to get my mojo on ... Mondays a  Mojo Monday sketch is revealed to inspire a creation and as my Monday progresses on I do not always get to complete the challenge. This past Monday it took me a few hours but I was excited to create a card to accompany a present I will deliver to my sweet girlfriend Angie.  Her life has been blessed by a baby girl after a long journey through motherhood. A trooper and assisted by an angel named Tommy from above, Angie carried sweet baby girl Ella Margaret into this world with tons of love!
Darlene made this custom blanket for little Ella Margaret and it will keep her warm and protect her!

Here is MOJO367 sketch results:
Supplies used to make this inspired sketch are:
Very Vanilla Cardstock, Pink Pirouette Cardstock, Blushing Bride Cardstock, Melon Mambo Cardstock, Strawberry Slush Cardstock, and Blackberry Bliss Cardstock, Large Scallop Edglit, Oval Framelits, Occasions Paper Piercing Pack, Paper Piercing Tool, Itty Bitty Accent Punch Pack, Project Life Corner Rounder Punch, Blackberry Bliss Stampin' Pad, Baby We've Grown  Stamp Set, Blackberry Bloss Ribbon, Rhinestones, and Dimensional's.

You can find many sketches and cards to CASE, but remember you put your twist on them and you own them!  Want to come make cards with me? Give me a call, send me a text, let's make a date to play.

Off to sniff some sweet baby heads,
Cary
